  • Look, I wish I was selling you the brand new 'Waist Slimmer 3000'. But the truth many won’t tell you is this: only one thing can be guaranteed — the provision of absolutely everything you need to not only achieve your goals but to surpass them. But here’s the catch — I can only help you as much as you help yourself. So, the ball's in your court. You up for it?

  • My late cancellation policy requires at least 12 hours' notice before your scheduled session. If you cancel within this window, the session will be forfeited with no rescheduling or refund. However, each payment period, you get one freebie to reschedule a session without any penalty—because I know life happens!

  • I'm sure his intentions were good, but admittedly, the approach does sound questionable. Rest assured, your workouts will be tailored to your fitness level to ensure the right balance between challenge and progression. I’ve become skilled at distinguishing between fatigue and laziness, and our weekly catch-ups will provide insights into what’s working for you and what isn’t, allowing us to adjust as needed. Sound fair?

  • I find that two days a week is an excellent starting point for those transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle. Depending on your budget, adding a third session can provide the best results and accelerate your progress

  • If you have a specific goal in mind, I recommend training alone so the session can be fully tailored to your needs. However, if your aim is to enhance general fitness and foster a healthy lifestyle, training with a partner is an excellent option, and I’d be happy to accommodate. Please note there is a separate rate for group sessions, so just mention this when you book a call with me below
