How long do your sessions last?

My sessions are designed to be power-packed and efficient, lasting 1 hour. In that time, we’ll focus on maximizing your progress and ensuring every minute contributes to your fitness goals!

What are your opening hours?

I don't go by opening times; I operate by appointment only. This allows me to be flexible and accommodate your schedule. Just let me know your preferred times in advance, and I'll do my best to be available when you need me.

But I need to shower before going to work..

No problem! We have a clean shower facility. Just give me a heads-up, and I'll make sure the hot water is ready—unless you're one of those who loves a cold shower!

How often do i need to come?

I find that two days a week is a great starting point for most people starting from a sedentary lifestyle. Depending on your budget, adding a third session can provide the best results and accelerate your progress.

Isn’t a gym membership cheaper?

Of course, going to a gym can be cheaper, but you miss out on the comfort of training in privacy, targeted workouts that eliminate guesswork, personalized nutrition guidance with proven results, and the accountability and motivation a personal trainer provides.

What if I don't have the right clothing?

The great thing about my private studio is that you can wear whatever you like! Your comfort and confidence are what matter most during our sessions!
